Yes, I enjoy shaving with MdC. If you buy it you will get a great performing shaving soap. The test for me on soaps is.....do I need any pre-shave product to help out? MdC doesn't need any pre-shave product. I've tested it with and without pre-shave oil and the enjoyment doesn't change. So, if you're worried whether you will waste your money, no, you won't.
I tried different samples of MdC and all of them left my skin a bit dry after the shave. Not a big deal and it could be handled with a balm, but there are cheaper soaps out there, which left my skin with a better Post-Shave feeling. So, FOR ME, MdC is not a soap to buy but the scents are among the best.
