is @Bama Samurai slipping to the dark side of shaving and using razors of questionable safety? Next he'll be loading it with a Flying Eagle and lathering up Marvy.

Just for fun... Which is more aggressive? Or Or Techniques Trump Tools. Angle is everything. All razors are the same. Poor technique causes bad shaves. If the blade is sharp, there is a technique.
One bit of advice, having the handle at 90 degrees instead of parallel makes it much easier to use pressure. You will find out what no pressure means by the end of the shave. And here I was worried I wouldn't contribute much to the tread this month.
A Shark in that is bad enough. If he loads the Flying Eagle I'm calling for psychiatric help for him. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
I'm ready for tomorrow. This was one of the rustiest razors I've ever dealt with. I had to pry the cap off and the old blade came apart and was stuck to both the base and cap in pieces. It took a lot of scraping to get the rust off. I finally got it cleaned and loaded with a new blade for tomorrow. Think I have enough blade exposure?
