    Thank you Andrew. I don't have Stirling Sharp Dressed Man, this is Savonniere du Moulin which is just a soapy scent. I actually prefer the cologne scent of Cold River sheep's milk soap to Savonniere du Moulin

    I really wasn't trying to prove anything other than to myself. Adjustable razors being a gimmick or not is up to each individual to decide for themselves and I'm happy they are available as an option for us to choose from.

    EDRIO #63 Gillette Super Click
    Gillette 7 O'Clock Super Platinum
    WWB Talleyrand (26mm, Frigate Class)
    Route 66 Cranberry Citrus soap
    Soap Smooth Frozen Cranberry AS

    Phenomenal shave this morning. The R66 soap lathers so easily and makes such a super slick lather that it deserves more attention. The Super Click is the most aggressive(but still mild) of the three plastic razors that I used this week and had no problem bringing home the baby after three passes this morning. I finished with a generous splash of the wildly mentholated Frozen Cranberry AS from Soap Smooth. Once my face thawed it felt nicely hydrated and smooth. Have a great weekend my friends!

    Ah, that makes more sense now. I've seen some pretty good reviews of the CRSW Schapenmelk. Not that I need another soap.

    Great shave and I have to admit that I scrolled down past your shave wanting to see a picture of Logan and got a suprise with Declan in the picture. I always enjoy seeing the boys and they are growing so fast.

    Finally caught back up on the thread after two days. I’m not checking in as frequently as I’m trying to wean myself off of continual phone addiction. Is it me, or has MAYhem simmered down significantly over the past year or two? I’m not sure if we’ve gotten older and wiser, or just busier. Maybe lazier? I don’t know. Still waiting to see what crazy contraptions Patrick is working on.

    So, it CAN be said that adjustables 'opened up' accommodate sloppy shavers with poor technique.
    :cool:

    I found lower to be more challenging too.

    Didn't always think that though.
