Thank you Tim! The #386 is my top dog. However, my C-Mon brush is a great standby. Satsuma has a strong scent off the puck and it doesn't disappear while lathering. If you are into citrusy scents, this soap will not disappoint. The Böker is very easy to use and light in the hand. The round toe makes me shave on autopilot because I don't have to worry about sticking myself on landing or poking my ear lobe. I know you have a vintage razor, but I don't remember if it was a square or round point. I recommend that you use a 5/8 round point straight razor because of the reasons that I just gave.

Great shave, Evan! Can you use a Gem in your Autostrop if you remove the backing?

Thanks Jeff! My modern straights are mostly smaller blades with roundpoints, unlike some of my vintage ones. It means that I will be on autopilot for most of the month.

Incredible photo, setup, report, and shave, Jim! I'm always thrilled when the Smart Helix comes out of the den :D

Chilled, Terror-aided Coconut Bay lather sounds like the perfect summertime Saturday shave. The chilled scuttle is an awesome idea. My first application of iced lather is wonderful. The next is cold. The last is cool. Still thoroughly enjoyable, but not nearly as as good as 'wonderful' × 3 :D

I do like the size of the T3 better but I haven't face lathered with it yet.
    Looking good, Chris!
    Thank you, Gary!

The CH2 synthetic is a different experience and worth a try in my opinion.

Thanks, Clint, RAD is a terrible disease. After I buy the Tradere and the Wolfman, I’m done! If you believe that, I’ve got some bridge property in Brooklyn you might be interested in! ;)

Yup! Had to sneak deep into a Colorado mountainside to get that pic. Getting past the guard-sharks-that-shoot-freaking-lasers was... difficult ;)

    Thank you, Jeff!
All my razors are in the medicine cabinet next to my sink. Once that's full I'll have to adopt the one in one out policy or just stop buying razors.
    Thanks, Tim!
The ice water filled pre-chilled scuttle kept the lather freezing cold from start to finish.
