Looks delicious, Bill! For our BLT fix I'll weave a pound of bacon, after cooking cover with mayo, lettuce and tomato then roll it up. Not quite the same but it's got bacon. Dukes is the only mayo we use since we went low carb. The only mayo I found without sugar. Sent from my SM-T510 using Tapatalk
It was nice to have lunch with Joe C today. I got to show him Artie and Max side by side and the Danny brush. Joe said Artie had some heft. Lol! I am glad that he was able to hold and appreciate it. Oh by the way, the 2 hrs flew quickly once again! Lol!
It has been a busy day so I wanted to check in. We stopped by a flea mall today and I scored two straights. One I believe is new and the other is a Wade and Butcher that will need rescaled. I'll post pictures later on. We went over to Columbus, MS and did a little shopping at a bargain store. I treated myself to a new grill. The price was hard to pass up. I got it assembled and I need to make a few adjustments and we will see how it does. Take care everyone.
Last shave of smiling razor week. An 8/8 Silverloaf with a 3/4 grind. In the soap bowl is Stirling Electric sheep and the brush is Thater 2 band. Great way to wrap up the week with one of my best knots and a soap that always delivers.
Are you in Suffolk? Queens? I was born in Brooklyn, moved to Queens when I was two - first to Flushing, and then to Bayside when I was 16. We moved down to South Jersey about two years later, when they closed the Brooklyn Navy Yard. -- I hope you had a fun lunch, and a rewarding Bible teaching too.
