Great shave with your "new" MK-1 Dave! My ShakeSharp always gives me a great headshave. I hardly use it for a face shave because it is not efficient enough for me. Enjoy your day.
That is still mint Danny. Nothing you buy today would last 30 years let alone maybe 5. That is the coolest BBQ ive ever seen. Thanks for showing me
Thanks Jason. Was a big surprise it worked out as i was becoming sceptical of trying them. Going for round 2 to see if that one was a fluke .
Bahahahaha. Charlie you never fail to make me laugh. Hope you and the Mrs are doing well my friend . I didn't see any animals out around it this morning but if I do , I now know what to use as a deterrent
Great job on the brush Dave. If you want a good ....no a great boar knot it may be worth sacrificing a Semogue 1305. Best boar I've had yet
I remember doing long division where you had to show a remainder. After my Father listening to me lament for about an hour he walks out and proceeded to splain in great detail how it was done . To him it was so simple but to me it was Greek. He only had a Grade 5 education but could figure out any math problems without a calculator. My youngest daughter is in Grade 7 and the way she is being taught math makes me shudder . They are allowed calculators for starters and the methods they use are giving me flashbacks of sitting at the kitchen table screaming " I can't do this" . I told her the story of my father and she replied " Yeah, but at least he could show you how to do it " End of story
Yates safety razor head with H Plate on a modified Tatara Nodachi handle. Astra SP blade Delrin handle Brush with synthetic knot Razorock P160 shave soap. Stetson aftershave Awesome shave this morning with a razor and handle courtesy of Dave @Dave in KY. I trued the end of the handle up last night in the lathe so I had to give it a go this morning. Great lather and a great three pass no drama shave. Hope everyone has a great Hump day.
Aaaand a fine shave to top off my 3-day use of Stoylin Sheep soap. Course I mean, for the time being, as there is still a lot of soap in that puck. I was a little too careless going up NW Porcupine, which resulted in some redness, but it's in control now. Other than that, all went quite well. I must say, I've slowed down razor use in that area to make it sound like a Zamboni machine(well, we ARE in NHL Playoff time, right?), About the same with NE Porcupine, but the area there is a little less sensitive to razor touch. Down at Cactus Nation, the ingrown hairs remain, but I did solid work everywhere else. Cheeks and sideburn areas got their usual softness. The Aqua Lavenda de Puig was a nice finish. Very Excellent.
