Fine menthol Monday shave. The menthol in the Stoylim aftershave(Coniferous)feels real nice. Course Coniferous itself is on the cool side. The soap I used has a level of cool too(Zingari Man's Explorer). This shave must be divided into DURING and AFTER. The DURING part wasn't that good, as I developed a couple Knicks along South Porcupine Alley(chin). They were scattered. Also, it was a bit tricky doing the top of North Porcupine(just under the nose).It took a few whacks to finish that. Jawline good. Cheeks&sideburns fine. Mutamayez cologne(House of Swiss Arabian)to close. Very Outstanding.

My brother Fernando’s Frosted Bay Rum soap and aftershave have the most beautiful bay rum scent I’ve ever had in my entire life - wowwwwwww!!!!!! The soap is a tallow based treasure with such awesome lather that whips up so easily - it’s so thick, rich, slick as well as protective, it has a helluva strong menthol sensation, and the skincare is so good. The Prep has become my favourite balm - it’s so moisturizing, soothing, as well as cooling, and the Frosted Bay Rum aftershave is witch hazel based so it never stings or burns, and it’s another menthol atom bomb with the same same gorgeous scent as the soap. The brand new Rapira blade helped to ensure another perfect three pass BBS shave that was such a pleasure from start to finish!

My God is this Absolute Zero soap ever a menthol atom bomb and so is the matching aftershave toner. My dear friend Abir in Kolkata, India is such a nice young fellow and he’s also an extremely talented artisan. This particular soap has a really nice aquatic scent, it’s vegan based, it lathers like a champ, the menthol sensation is killer cold just like any of the Stirling Glacials, and it gives a wonderfully comfortable postshave feeling. The Prep delivered so generously on the additional care that I needed, and the Absolute Zero aftershave toner gave me a MONSTROUS freeze along with more moisturizing. Last but not least the Bleu de Chanel’s gorgeous fragrance that I love so much and I’m good to go. Three glorious passes gave me a dynamite BBS shave that was so much fun!

Seriously guys, this Absolute Zero soap and aftershave are not for the faint of heart because they both pack a lulu of a menthol wallop - in fact they’re so intense that they easily compete with any of the the Stirling Glacial soaps and aftershaves. The scent is so nice - it’s aquatic and minty - the soap is vegan based, it’s so easy to lather, there’s lots of slickness, the freeze hits you right away and each pass makes it feel stronger, but the skincare is awesome. The Prep delivered so generously on the postshave care, and the Absolute Zero aftershave toner took this freeze to another level. Last but not least the gorgeous fragrance of the Bleu de Chanel and I’m ready to begin the week. Three passes with the brand new Rapira blade gave me a dynamite BBS shave that was such a pleasure!

Lemony scented icicles in my face - the Glacial Lemon Chill trio sure did the job for me. The soap lathered like a maniac with lots of slickness and the menthol hit like a sledgehammer, not to mention how soothed my skin felt. The matching balm and aftershave were a perfect icy cold finish and last but not least the beautiful Aramis fragrance. Three passes gave me a brilliant BBS shave that was so much fun!

If this kind of setup doesn’t freeze your face off then nothing will - wow, it’s so potent. The Glacial Spearmint soap’s beautiful scent filled my bathroom, my Yaqi 30mm Barber Pole synthetic churned up wonderful lather that had the great Stirling slickness, the menthol sensation was killer cold, and the skincare was brilliant. The matching balm and the Frosted Spearmint aftershave were a great frigid finish. The brand new Rapira blade helped to ensure a terrific three pass BBS shave that I enjoyed from start to finish!
