This shave is as perfect as you can ask for a Menthol Monday. The Gada cream has a dynamite cooling effect, and the Barbon aftershave can out-freeze Mennen Skin Bracer 10 times.

THis was my first try at the Gillette Super Thin - I can't say for sure if I like it our not but I don't hate it.

Over all Shave - I would say was not too bad.

I decided to start using some creams and soaps that I've been neglecting, and this Williams stuff is perfect for a Menthol Monday shave. The cooling effect is wonderful, and the scent is so nice. The lather is among the richest and slickest I ever experienced.

Does anybody know if the title "Took The menthol-cratic oath" is unique to me? I haven't
seen it before. Either way I love it.

I guess 3 shaves is all I should use my feather blades for. The blade was feeling a little rough today. Think I get a bigger menthol kick with the Crystal blue than the ISZ.

As I said in my SOTD post, the Noxzema may not be the coldest cream in my stable, but it has a scent I love, and the lather it produces is absolutely top notch. It's a real shame that it's a thing of the past, so I'm using this tube rarely, but savoring every shave.

 

Now you know how I feel about the Noxzema cream, Bill. I will say that's a pretty good menthol effect. I cherish that stuff so much, and when I finish my tubes, I will miss it like crazy.

This week I'm going to start revisiting a lot of creams and soaps that I've been neglecting. Ingram cream has always been a top favorite of mine--I love the scent, as well as the lather and the icy cold feeling. I believe we all know the beauty of Osage Rub.
