Relaxation Shave w/ the usual suspects

I highly recommend an Omega 40033(well broken in)

I have switched to Barbasol or a brushless cream on days that I work, out of nessessity, and reserved soap and brush shaves for days I’m off.

I can't post pictures for some reason but figured I would post to get this thread up again.
    Razor wilkinsons sword classic
    Blade German wilkinsons sword
    Soap Stirling glacial mita
    After shave Stirling Mita
First time with this razor, I picked it up last week off amazon. It shaves really well for a cheap Razor, it's mild but more aggressive then the long handle wieshi that a lot of people have. No nicks, or razor burn.

Indeed. I've had mine for several years now and recently acquired a second one as backup. I've never really been on board with all the comparisons to the Tech, with many posting about saving money by just buying a post-war Tech as they're "basically the same". I own many varities of Techs and use and appreciate them all. But the Feather ASD2 is a much smoother shaving razor. I don't mean the end result, as I can get the same results with most any of my razors. I'm referring to the face-feel while using it. I've been on a vintage Gillette ride for a while with an occasional Merkur in the mix. Your post has reminded me to dig out the ASD2 for another spin tomorrow (shave day). Cheers.

For less than $10 shipped I picked up a non-working Series A Stahly. Besides being offered almost free I wanted a silver plated head -- which this looks like -- to go with my chrome and polished brass versions. The silver Series A were offered at $21.25 i($302 today) n 1945. [IMG][IMG]

The last of two months of mostly daily shaves with the Stahly in SE Asia. With Bic blade it's true love.[IMG]

Really like seeing the Flares still being enjoyed, though recently I've been enjoying a Schick Stick.

Thursdays almost all English shave minus the brush and the German made blades. I'm really enjoying the wilkinsons sword TTO.

A bit less than 24 hours stubble so I didn't think a morning shave would properly test my new Ever-Ready Streamline or Timeless Aluminum. So my get back on schedule shave went to my newly arrived $4 silver Series A Stahly. The 1940s Series A has a smaller guardspan, exposed blade tabs, and weighs 2g less than my chrome Series C I've been using the last two months. I was expecting a less mild shave given the shorter guardspan but if anything the opposite seemed to be the case, I had a bit harder of a time maintaining optimum angle and pressure. Still a very fine shave.[IMG]

The ‘65 Flare tip. I have one from @jimjo1031 I think and it’s used very often. Great every day shaver and even performs very well when I skip a day. Mine is my birth year and quarter razor that I’ll always keep.
