If you think there is new hope to be had from that soap. That somehow its force will awaken and strike back with a return of the shave. Believe me I have done it (there is no try) and it failed like a phantom menace.
It's no big deal. It is soap, they made more. You can get it for a little over $5 at Connaught Shaving http://connaughtshaving.com/mitchellsbowl.html. May the soap be with you.
Another great shave using The Fat. At this point, if I had to pick one soap to stick with for the rest of my shaving life, I could live and be happy with using The Fat exclusively!
No is not @Firebird1993 don't be a complete sissy, you must be patient grasshopper keep learning the MWF trust me you will see the light just open your eyes is right in front you keep trying.
I agree that initially MWF can provide a challenge in getting the right balance of water to achieve the desired result. I assume this is why the negative comments with regards to MWF. I like to add a few drops of TSD's M-bomb to my MWF for a slick & chilly experience.
Au contraire, mon ami! Never tried x or y but I have found certain soaps more challenging to lather than others. Other soaps are far easier to get them to yield mounds of thick 'n slick lather. Nature of the beast, considering the array of soap-making procedures and variety of ingredients.
OMG one of the best shavette shaves ever today. Feather SS AC Kamisori style with a Feather Pro blade. Pre-shave Italian "3P" pre-shave. Applied "The Fat" with a horsehair brush. Slick as snot, a very VERY feint aroma of - well just soap. Three-passes and a touch up and smooth as a babies butt. What a wonderful, wonderful, soap MWF is.
