    Congrats on the Mongoose. I often compare the Mongoose to a New as well. I find them very similar, smooth and efficient. As you get more used to the Mongoose, you might find that it works better with long smooth strokes.

    I guess I'm going to get the batch 2. What would be a good blade to try first. I use ikon tech and R41 with feather blade?

    Based off of the razors you use. I would start with a regular Feather Pro and then try a Feather Super Pro. The Mongoose is not as aggressive as the two razors you listed.

    I'm using the Feather Pro in mine. I like it so much I went ahead and bought 200 of them!

    The Mongoose Team wrote me, that they will ship mine today. But i think it will be a loooooooong Journey...Destination: Germany...This will take a few days (if not weeks) and then my fear: Customs clearance...
