The smaller handle looks threaded all the way down but the bigger doesn't.

 

You can try a q-tip with the oil on the handle. It won't hurt.

That didn't work. I spent about 35mins trying.

 

It was worth a try at least. Send them and email with the photos. I know it's disappointing to get something and it not be right. When they shipped mine I got 2 heads but no handles. I am sure they will make it right for you.

At least you can use the razor while they sort out the handle issue.

 

I had to send my new one back the leading edge of the top plate had a curve in it. Quality issues?

 

Everybody's human and make mistakes. I'm not trying to down the owners at mongoose. I just wanted to see if anybody had this problem.

 

I'm not the only one with this problem i see now.

 

They emailed me. There going to make them right. I didn't really thank they wouldn't.

I have a Jagger, Murker Slant, Futur ant Mongoose. Favorite would be a toss up between Jagger n Futur

 

Nope, my first one went back as well. I think from the time I shipped mine back to them until I had a replacement in hand it was about 10'days.

 

Hope nobody thanks I went about this the wrong way. I wasn't trying to bash them in anyway just asking a ?

Not at all - it's good to see all aspects of a product - good and bad - and maybe especially how the manufacturer handles issues.
