No. It's about the aftermarket. Kid's (mine included) who have never seen any of the movies (yet) LOVE the legos, action figures, etc. Collectibles, video games, costumes, and on and on. Also, the movies are catalogs for other film makers thinking of hiring ILM. Clone Wars was an ad for the TV series and the TV series is an ad for the video games. Hence the animation "style." *I* could do better animation than that. I think Lucas should (have) turn(ed) the franchise over to someone else and hope they hire ILM. That being said, If I can find the prequel trilogy for say $10, I'll get it.
yeah, my wife got a bigger kick out of it than I did because she's actually sat through all of them....me, I've only seen snippets of the first two and haven't seen the 3rd...
Trust me on this one... Avoid High School Musical at all costs. "I spit on your grave" is more enjoyable.
The Island of Dr. Moreau Worst movie ever... ...Marlon Brando and Val Kilmer couldn't do anything to save this movie. I can't believe they ever agreed to make it.
IMHO Brando was only good in Godfather and Apocalypse Now. Kilmer in Top Secret and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
I will take your word on that! I will stay away. Of course, I didn't need that much encouragement! :happy102
I have to agree with huglahoo regarding Bubba HoTep... I only watched it because Bruce was in it, but maaaan - he must have owed someone a favour since he made this turd of a movie. It's slow, poorly written, badly edited and the effects are lousy. I know this describes every movie Bruce has ever been in, but this one just didn't have the magic touch
Tropic Thunder. Way too long in between the good (funny) stuff. Robert Downey Jr. is pretty decent but I had a hard time understanding his mumblings.
Do not waste the 86 minutes of your life it will take to watch Wheels of Terror I cannot begin to imagine what Joanna Cassidy was thinking when she starred in this horrible POS film.
