Wishing you a speedy recovery. A friend of mine (knee and hip surgeon) recommended the Tenex procedure when I was suffering tennis elbow last year. Amazing the things that our medical professionals can do these days.

Speedy recovery, Sara. I hope it wasn't your lucky paw/foot.

Did it help you? It totally repaired my husband’s tennis elbow.

Hope all goes well Sara! It can get boring when a person looses mobility. Perhaps a good book, puzzle, or some other non-physical hobby could help.

Back from a follow-up visit with my orthopedist. My foot is healing well and feeling only a minimum of pain (which is not constant.) I can begin o resume routine activities & no longer need to wear the cast boot. This is great news, of course, but after 2 weeks of relative inactivity, I am exhausted from the drive (35 minutes each way) and a 5-minute session on the stationary bike.

It's amazing just how limiting it can be to lose the ability to drive for awhile. And how fast one's stamina declines when a leg injury slows one down. Glad to hear you have your car keys back and are able to resume normal movement again.

Best wishes for continued good recovery, Sara.

That's what I always do after being away from the gym for a while due to illness or injury.
