    I understand boar is more authentic and "true" to the time period, but I think if they had the option to use a nice 2 band badger knot ... They would have. It just looks better in my opinion.

    Up until a year ago, I had never used badger. Now I've used them, I like them. Each type of knot has there benefits or positive attributes. To say which is my favorite would be like choosing between oranges, apples or cherries; I like them all.

    I finally found one. It's not wooden but it's the same style brush a Rubberset 200-2 . I'm going with a 24mm Two Band Badger from Maggard Razor. 20200627_074224.jpg
