That's a Rubberset 400. @mrchick is already the proud owner of one of those. See this thread. http://theshaveden.com/forums/threads/the-400-club.41179/unread
I haven't seen a Rubberset 400 in the wild, yet. But I keep looking. I've passed on every vintage brush I have encountered. Someone has gotten ahead of me at the antique stores and bought all the good ones. Can't see the joy in owning damaged gear that can't be refurbished. But I keep looking!
One man's trash is another man's treasure, there are members on here that do better than refurbish brushes, they make them look better than they were originally and usually with adding even better knots.
That's why I now own four DE's and eight straights. Three are out of scales to refirb, two others I've selected to learn honing. I haven't purchased any "new" hardware, except for brushes. Mrchick will need a display case for his Vintage razors soon, if he follows the pattern I've seen with others, or myself.
Thank you! I am out of town for a week on a business trip. My wife tells me it came back from being honed by @gssixgun on Monday and I won't even see it until Sunday. It's killing me This will be my SOTD on Monday!
