My trip around the Globe of Shaving

    Good report. I like the Astra, but I am going back to Wilkinson Sword Blades, I am told they are Made in the USA, I know they were made in England for awhile. But I think they are Made in Germany now.

    I took a break from Russia so I could try Israeli Personna Red. I will not go into them since other have already done reviews of these "sharp" blades. They are sharp to the extreme and like Feathers I really did not care for them. Some will like, others will hate them, did I say they are "SHARP".:D

    So I had to jump to India and try a Topaz Platinum Blade. With the slogan of, "Platinum Sputtered Edges" I could not resist ( I left the picture big so other could admire the slogan :p) . I only had one so I use it in my Weber.

    I blade preform better than expected and produces a milder shave on second use which surprised me since I really did not expect much from the blade. Overall it was a good shave.
    Would I buy again? No, there are better blades on the market that I like and with my favorites in abundant supply I see no need in using again.
