I gathered up all my odd and end DE tuck remnants, and am using them up in a "blade trial" with a shavette. Also, about to kill a bottle of Osage (I have more), AV musk, and FW.
Forgive me for I have sinned. I couldn't pass up 2 vintage Williams SS for $7.00. Could we call this a rescue instead of falling off the wagon?
Only if you make penance. You must send the vintage Williams to me and go out and buy two new pucks as a replacement. Only after you have used both pucks will you be redeemed.
After a night's thought ahout this, I guess I"m out. Sorry guys but I couldn't resist "Vintage" Williams. It's a terrific soap and the price was right. Be stronger than me and good luck
I don't know how you NB'ers succeed, with so many quality shave/soap companie out there(including, of course, TSD).
I did it primarily for the soap/cream. After 6 full months of restraint, I'm pretty sure I still have about a year's worth of stock left. I did pick up a few items via PIF, Gifts, and I exercised my exception. All of them reinforced my desire for restraint, because none of them were any better than the items I already have and enjoy...
You can credit it to amazing willpower. That, and when you realized you've accumulated multiple years of stuff and are running out of storage.
