I have a question for you seasoned brush restorers. How do I get the oxidation and stains off the plastic handles?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I've had luck with toothpaste, it's cheap. Then use a polish like Flitz or something, a car polish will work, to bring back the shine. For some really tough ones, I've had to use real fine grit sandpaper.
i have a hot tub polish kit.it has abrasive sheets from 200 to something thousand and liquid polish .have repaired cd's with it..
Something I put together using an old shave brush handle, modified to fit a stainless ferrule I cut from a tube.

Fuller shave brush that has seen better days. Just a minor polish and installed a pretty dense 22mm Black Badger knot I had lying around. The old boar was completely shot, and this knot matches it in color with a bit of scritch, it should work out fine..........
