    Just arrived. Double Duck Satinedge.

The blade wasn't bad. Some wet sanding up to 1500 grit and it shines bright. The scales however were a disaster. Same wet sanding using 600 to 1500 grit. Polishing the brass and a light buff all around turned this into a beauty.

Congratulations and what a great job putting the purdy back on that razor. Love the scales.

I wouldn't have thought those scales could look like that again... great transformation! :eatdrink047:

    Thank you.
I found light wet sanding with 800 to 1500 grit does a great job with antique scales.
