Up until about a year ago, I honed on a progression of Super Stones (3, 5, 8, 10, 12) with a Chosera 1k bevel setter. Also managed to acquired a b/g Escher (the only Zowada my budget allows for lol).

I had been seeking a used SG20k which I managed to pick up at 1/3 off of new a couple of years ago and just loved those edges; I can see why the SG20k gets compared to Jnats. Then last year I fell down the Jnat rabbit hole, so now I'm using...AHEM...learning some new finishers.

Glen saved me from HAD for a number of years. He also told me that Japanese razors were difficult to beat, and I really discovered that over the past 2 years. They are by far my favorites (Tanifuji MaxFli Gold, Command #68, and the Eiko wedge being the favs)! Henckels Friodurs are a pleasure to hone/shave as well.
