USPS does have a contract with Amazon and delivers amazon only on Sunday. I know because I was out there slinging packages today...lol.
While I don't have the complete razor, I do believe I have the handle I acquired when buying a Rocnel SE-P-SB. At least that is what I was told. I don't have any more info on it than that. The handle is awesome. The Rocnel SE-P-SB is awesome too. I get two pass with clean up shaves for a BBS. I have decided not to use the handle but put it away as it is so rare. I believe this is the only handle made. You can see 2016 on the head. By the way in emails to these folks they said that they are not making them any more. Ron
