I received my package yesterday, but didn't get a chance to do anything with it until today. Great razors! I think I may use the Feather Popular tonight!

I used the Feather Popular tonight, and it was... interesting. I think it would be a decent razor once I got used to it. I think because of the weight and plastic, I caught myself getting caught up with cart muscle memory and had to stop myself. I did 3 passes.

 

I personally didn't use it, because I prefer to use a heavy short handle type of razor. Some people like to have that long handle, and lightweight for manuverability. I agree, it can make you feel like you're using a disposable razor or something like that. One down, 2 more to go. Thanks for the feedback.

 

I think that razor made me realize I prefer heavy short handle razors too! hahahq

Tonight I used the Gem Featherweight. Much lighter than my G Bar, but I liked it! Got a great shave from it. Definitely a keeper. I see the Featherweights around for sale a lot, but have never picked one up as the white plastic handles seem to get pretty gross. This one is in fantastic shape though. I wouldn't guess that it's more than a couple of years old if I didn't know any better. I think of the 3, this one is going to my favorite.

Still have the Gillette to try.

 

I found that little guy to feel great in the hand, and it gives you so much control. I also got a few great shaves from it, but ultimately decided that I'm more of a DE guy. Im glad you found a keeper of the bunch. To me, thats the beauty of the PIF.
