No Variation November - A TSD Challenge

I'll try to stick it out but the box may win me over. I just know there is stuff in it I want to try. I could keep my head shaved awhile longer so I have somewhere to shave without breaking a NOVember focus.

 

I like the way you think. Go 2 for one. Head and beard... You'll totally master both in a month!

 

Use my head as an experimental area for anything new. Face to define my technique using one kit all month. Sounds like a plan. Now what to do special for my birthday next week? Or my fiance's birthday 12 days after mine?

 

Show her that you love her. Everyday. Take the zen approach. When the day comes, you'll be there no matter what.

Do a rule with your beard, and go nuts shaving your scalp. It's brilliant. You could do one post as a Nov and a separate post for focus on head stuff. Best of both worlds!

 

Showing her how much she means to me is an every moment thing. She is the best thing to happen to me besides my children. I'm thinking of doing something small. We have a one screen movie theater in my town that is pretty inexpensive and less then 2 miles from home. It's also playing a movie we both want to see. I was thinking of getting someone to watch the kids while we went to a 6pm show for $12 ($6 each) then cooking dinner back home after.

I'll only get 15 head shaves out. Past experience has shown me that I get the best results shaving my dome every other day. In a month between head and face I can get in 45 shaves.

 

Sounds perfect. Things like that are what most good women want anyhow, more so than expensive gifts.

Normally I'd be able to attend, but I'm receiving some new stuff soon, lo and behold, I'll not be able to wait to try it out

I am waiting to get an Ever ready 1912. Should have it by the end of the week.
Blades I really do not have a choice. As all I can get are the ones from CVS
Soap will be AOS Sandalwood Cream
As for the brush I will be using the brush I printed up at work. I should be receiving the Whipped dog synthetic 24MM knot tomorrow.
As I have never used a single edge before. This will be a perfect time to learn the proper way to shave with it.
I will post pictures when it is all assembled.

Hmm. I'll have to think about this one. I've done it before and it really helped my Technique. I'm just not sure what shaving gear I want to commit to.

 

If I may suggest, pick a favorite soap, your best blade, any brush, and the most troublesome razor you own! The more the merrier!
