Thank you Charlie. I fell off the wagon for Thanksgiving and went the wrong direction. I’m making a new commitment today and will post progress in the health thread so you guys can keep me accountable. It has been very stressful at work and I’ve been doing a little stress eating. That needs to end. I’ll do it!

 

No Repeat NOvember caused me to dig through the pile this morning. I decided to shave with one of my favorite safety razors this morning. There is a reason the Red Tip is a favorite. I had a wonderful two pass BBS shave this morning

I feel you Brian. I've been doing the same stress eating. Even my wife commented on it last night.

 

Work can be very stressful at times, no doubt. I'm a stress eater too. My weight ballooned a few times during my career for that reason. We're here to walk with you and cheer you on, Brian. You can do it!
