Thanks Jason...the tractor is coming along. Things have slowed down a lot and we have time to work on it.

Thanks Andrew, We are ready to put the final drives back on and then we can get the rear wheels back on. After that we can back it out of the shop. It will get another pressure wash and then my son can start painting it. Then it will just be putting everything back together. It was a good solid tractor to begin with....just needed a few leaks fixes and a paint job. Hopefully we will be planting with it next spring. I just need your two boys down here in the middle of it. We would have some fun!

 

I love Clubman, but I've made the comment that two of its products aren't for me....Veg, and the Bay Rum. And I stand by that comment.

 

The original Clubman is excellent. Never tried either of those, or actually any bay rum. But it's not a bad thing that everybody doesn't like the same stuff.

Thanks for this news Charlie. While clearing out my Mom's house, I "stole" her Mayo Clinic booklet. She never travelled there, but must have ordered it for help with her many health issues.

 

Update-the parking lots are NOT yet ready. I at least found a good spot not far from my bldg.

 

Your Mom lived an incredible life, and she did a pretty good job raising her son, Paul.

Looks like I'll be spending time next month a little further north than you. My Bride and I both purchased knit caps today. They even have one Piggly Wiggly in Minnesota. I'm actually kinda curious to see what winter looks like up there. We won't be driving in it, and we won't be outside other than getting into and out of vehicles.

Thanks so much for that about my Mom, Charlie. My job for the rest of my life is to keep being the way she(and my Dad)raised me to be. As for Minnesota in winter-I've never been there at that time, but it is cold indeed. Pull those caps over your ears! Where's the Piggly Wiggly located?

 

Upon further review, Paul, I won't be going to the MN Piggly Wiggly during winter...unless, of course, they have free ice cream for Seniors.

 

JASC Paint Shop Pro. Pirated version 7.04 from around 2001. I quit updating it since I figured out how to use it and it suits my needs. These days there are phone apps that do it all, faster and better. My children would tsk tsk at my Boomer programs. The grand kids just giggle at Pawpaw's old laptop. I've used that app professionally to help a wedding photographer friend who shot a ceremony with a dirty lens.
