    If (when) I get a new brush, either of those may be the candidate. The olive wood does look great and I have never tried a Zenith knot.

    Thanks, Joe! Yes, we love our house. Good decision to move where we did and the house has been terrific. We are going to put in hardwood floors in the upstairs over Thanksgiving break (or at least start the process) and poured a concrete patio earlier this year under the screened-in porch. Lots of painting and other projects, of course. Always something - had to replace the water pressure regulator valve two days ago. But it's been a terrific spot for us.
