Thank you Perry. I’ve only tried Shambala and Capri. Even though the descriptions sound different I thought both were very similar in being citrus forward. Of the two I preferred Capri. The Shady Past is calling my name this time around. I think Doug has tried some of the others and maybe he will chime in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The brush and razor just pop against that background. Very cool looking cup. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Beautiful OT, Doug! You sir make a compelling case for the M-Bomb. I do have a few AS' that could stand a little menthol Scary good razor, Neil Cool B&W Keith! Great layout, Jim! Is The Destroyer fixing to finish off the Test Depth? Continued prayers for your daughter today, Clint. I'm glade your picking up your stick game, Perry. Try making a lather in the brush and letting it sit overnight. That seemed to soften up my Stirling Boar quite a bit. If that doesn't work you could try the fridge technique. Whip that Williams into shape! I love that your cup has a Schick Repeater on it, Brian!
Thank you Andrew. She just went back to pre op so the waiting begins. The Soap Destroyer is doing a number on the Test Depth. I have a Wild West Brushworks 30mm Tuxedo coming in tomorrow. From the reviews I read it eats soap much like the CH 2. So if the Test Depth survives the Destroyer, the WWB will get to help polish the soap off. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
18 OCtober Williams Wednesday Pre-Shave: Hot Shower Brush: JR #180, 22mm Badger Soap: Williams Razor: Valet VC2, Autostrop Blade: Feather FAS-10 Carbon Steel(CS), Feather Seikan (6) Strop: Amish made Post-Shave: Cold Water rinse, OSMA Alum block and Tai Winds After Shave, Big Blue Whistle Decanter, Avon Photo: It's Williams Wednesday gentlemen. The JR #180 whipped up a hell of a lather with the Williams this morning. Almost did not partake in the festivities today. I still looked good on my cheeks but my neck needed a little shave. Last minute I decided on a two pass shave that left me with such a close shave with little to no irritation that we will call this another BBS shave. Finished of the shave with the quiet alum block then a newly acquired Tai Winds AS. Stropped the fifteen times before the shave and another ten times afterward. The blade is still going strong and shows no sign of quieting yet. I do believe that this blade will out live the un-stropped blade but how much longer is yet to be seen.
How close is the L'Orange Noir to Terre d'Hermes? It is supposed to be a clone isn't it? My wife liked the L'Orange Noir so much yesterday, I am considering a bottle of the cologne.
Thank you. I’m having fun taking the pictures. I often take more than one and my wife is even having fun helping me choose the best one.
