For those of you who use cornel conk soaps, how do you manage it in a bowl. Doesn't is slip around the bowl a lot? Doesn't that make it a bit hard to work up a lather?
Nothing wrong with sticking with what works for you... Some prefer "Nirvana" or "Fidelity" as you have... And others enjoy experimentation... Genießen Sie Ihre Rasur... Tschüss...
U Can leave it in the original packaging, in which the soap is molded, or melt it down into a shave mug, or just put into a shave mug and after a few uses it will stick to the bottom.
Welcome to The Shave Den, DerBesucher! JB, I have mine in a narrow "cotton jar" with a lid, but a mug with a smaller bottom would also work great.
It's your shave. Hey, it's your shave and if it's not broken, don't fix it. In the end, each shave is all about the shaver and what makes him happy.
Thank you for the warm reception. New here, but not to wet shaving. I'll be dropping in from time to time. Looks like a good forum.
Welcome! Willkommen, Oskar! Do you live in Weimar, or somewhere else in Thüringen? We're glad to have you in the Shave Den!
