People on the forums used to call Merkur 34C a "Heavy Duty" and a Gillette 195 a "Fatboy", so eBay calling a razor an "N-4 Regus" isn't that odd. Just get any old razor, give it a fancy name, and then price it at 5 - 75 times the actual value.

People have been listing the Regus razor for years.

My latest pet peeve is listing a non-ajustable as an adjustable. Vendors are doing that on AliExpress, too.

On a given day, you will find many black-handled superspeeds listed as Black Beauties. Saw one today.

I know it wasn't an official Gillette name, but isn't it generally accepted among collectors to use the term "Fatboy" when talking about the pre-Slim Gillette adjustable whose handle was fatter than the Slim, and originally cost $1.95?

I've come up with my own parlance for a particular razor -- The Wayne Newton Razor. Can anyone guess which razor I'm talking about?

The vernacular for the Gillette 195 Adjustable is indeed, Fatboy.

I just saw a variation on the *rare* upside down base plate.

The blade *under* the base plate.

  10. the badger and blade crew back about 2014 gave that a fancy name, and had small contests on shaving with some being sent through the mail. Believe many felt it made the gillette old type more ENJOYABLE to use
