That is one cool looking razor. I've seen them rarely, have no hopes of ever stumbling into one in real life, but boy is it nice to see these pics!

    Thanks for sharing!

That's a really cool idea for a travel razor!

I'd be interested to hear how it shaves; the handle seems like it might be a bit unwieldy.

I personally love how my New Improved Richwood set razor shaves. Great balance with that heavy handle and even heavier head. Wonder as well how this beauty shaves, or if the wide "handle" gets in the way at all. Regardless its one nice razor...

After looking at the razor (outstanding by the way), will a DE blade fit? It looks as if the blades would be proprietary.

Thanks. It takes the old 3-hole DE blades as well as modern DE blades.

I saw it before you grabbed it, thought it very, VERY interesting. Well done.

Glad I was able to help make some room in your collection for it.

    Ooops

Yeah, I'm an uber noob I guess.
When I saw the first pic, I thought the place where you open up the razor to find the spare blades compartment was actually a flip top for a Zippo-style lighter. lol

(I was thinking that it was a good thing they were made before the aerosol creams!)

Nice photos! Thanks for sharing them! Very odd and interesting, that double serial number stamp.
