    Gillette Old Type head (1916) on an EJ knurled handle // Derby Extra // Proraso White // T&H Trafalgar // Kent of Inglewood synthetic

    Needed to mow down 6 days of growth and also needed to try out my newly acquired Gillette Old Type head for the first time. Was a nice shave, not too aggressive, very efficient.

    Last week, I got my own Henckels Rapide razor, and this week I am shaving with it. It is a very nice OC wedge razor. It came with three blades. I kept the best and sent the rest to @twhite for resharpification. Here is todays shave.

    Yes, really ashame that Rotbarts can be so difficult to date sometimes, but the shaves they provide are fantastic.

    Really makes me wonder where King Gillette got his inspiration from sometimes.
