Razor: Gillette old type with a tech fat handle-Mfg in the 1920's, to brass this head that much prior owners must of shaved 10,000 times >?The person who had this last before me had paper wedged in handle, so his technique was unique, squeeze & stroke!
Blade: Gillette 7 oClock Black- I enjoy this blade for it's smoothness, similar to the GSB without the wax spots.
Soap: Taylor of old bond street Sandalwood- 1st tub used up, love the scent they have mastered by TOBS. Good lather qualities.
Brush: Yaqi Rainbow 26 mm brown whiskers- good brush to use to clean the last of my Sandal wood cream, excellent brush.
Soft tips with good backbone & good lather creator.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser, + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on cleaned beard area.
Prep: cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Proraso red Sandal wood with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers =Different type of shave with this vintage Gillette old type razor.

Thanks Gary, The old type are a different feel to face, I like my New long comb better, Gillette had to start some where through its evolution of Razors.

 

the new series are my favorite gillettes,u.s and brit versions .

Razor: Razorock SLOC- Mfg 2018> excellent razor paired with a Kai SS blade IMO, Very smooth combination & Carefree shave also.
Blade: KAI SS (1) Excellent blade, Smooth & sharp + .009" extra wide than standard for better blade feel.
Soap: Razorock Santa Marie del Fiore Firenze, Top tier soap in my collection with excellent scent and lather qualities!
Brush: Yaqi lucky dice tuxedo knot 26 mm- great lather creator with back bone & those cloud like soft tips.
Pre shave: Brush wash my whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on the cleaned beard area.
Prep: cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Pinaud Clubman with witch Hazel + a dollop of AVON "true gent" balm. I like their balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Excellent shave with my RR SLOC razor paired with a KAI ss blade.

Razor: Razorock old type OC-MFG 2015> Excellent milder open comb, I use to like this for traveling and for easy going shaves.
Blade: KAI SS(2) Excellent blade, sharp & Smooth, plus wider than a standard blade.
Soap: Razorock Santa Marie del Fiore "Firenze"- nice scent with excellent lather qualities, one of my favorites!
Brush: Razorock Plissoft 24 mm synthetic- great brush for creating lather for the last 3 1/2 years, + soft tips.
Pre shave : Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Razorock American barber with witch hazel + a dollop of AVON "True gent" balm (nice mild smoke vanilla scent)
Results:CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers =great shave with my RR old type OC paired with a KAI SS blade.
