Beautiful Razor.

 

i was at the local antiques fair today and found these.
gillette canadian single ring can pat mar 7 05. #c 87752 ,no markings on head.
mond extra single ring.no markings other than mond extra under the head.
paid $7 total.are these rare models? other than age .
gillette is straight and usable,mond extra hase 1 slightly bent tooth and cap slightly bowed.
gillette old type canada,laurel sheffield handle.top picture.

 

This is the 2013 Muhle R41 in rolled gold finish. Apparently not as aggressive as earlier versions; I wouldn't know as I haven't tried an earlier version. I do know that it delivered a very close, smooth shave from the Treet blade.
