This bad boy is taking in some Sun in the Okefenokee Swamp. It was about ten feet long.

Been to the Okefenokee swamp years ago and did some canoeing. That swamp has some dark gators....almost black.

This is a Bison in the Black Hills South Dakota. Elegant animals. Lots of history in the demise of the American Indian.

Yes. This was the first time I had seem one. May sound silly, but it was neat just to spend time watching them. No enemies; lots of grass; just hanging out.

Mount Rushmore. This place is awesome. One of those places you gotta be there to appreciate the grandeur. The engineering at the time to do this speaks volumes of their dedication.

    NP Dodge Park Omaha Nebraska.
This was my, and my deceased loves favorite spot. We used to fish here, hang out, and feed the geese. She loved the geese. We would drive up, and the geese would recognize the car, and come running. She would get out and tell them “Mama is here! Come on babies!” . I miss her terribly, but I will see her soon.

This is my Christina. I could search for a thousand years, and never find a better friend.
    RIP honey.

I was stationed at Offutt AFB for 3 1/2 years and then made many business trips to Omaha after completing my Air Force career. Dodge Park as well as Carter Lake and Neale Woods Nature Center were some of my favorites. Thanks for sharing.

Yesterday. A type from a balcony. I have left on a balcony to smoke a cigarette, and have taken with myself the camera. Here such picture. A usual life.

Вчера. Вид с балкона. Я вышел на балкон выкурить сигарету, и прихватил с собой фотоаппарат. Вот такой снимок. Обычная жизнь.

Cool man. I’m glad you enjoyed Omaha, and the surrounding area. It used to be a great place. And I know OPD is making great strides in trying to clean out as much of the crime as they can, but they have their work cut out for them. At least the murder rate has gone way down so far this year. A few bad apples are still around though.

Yep. This is the first flower I've seen so far this year, but they'll be popping up quick in the next few weeks. Love springtime!
