I stumbled up on a lot of old cars in Martinsville, Va. while at the NASCAR races a few weeks ago. In its day, this old Buick was a looker. Sad to see the current condition. I gave it a "back to the future" look.

I don't even really know how to caption this. If you cannot see there is no railing, will this sign actually save you? Michigan is beautiful!

This is Balanced Rock in Arches National Park Utah. If you ever get a chance, visit Arches and the Moab Utah area. Simply stunning!!!!!

This is a tributary that runs from Portage Glacier/Portage Lake in to Turnagain Arm in Alaska. Beautiful country.

Kildeer nest in the old corrals near our house. My son found this while he was out playing. Maybe 25 yards from the house. We can see the birds nesting from the front porch.

My folks live about an hour north up Rt. 1. We go up every year. This year we plan on watching the sun rise from Cadillac Mt.

My wife and I learned that the top of Cadillac Mt. is the first spot the Sun hits the U.S. when it rises at a certain time of the year (we did not find the time frame). The locals said folks try to get up the mountain early so the can say the Sun rose on them first. I hiked from the Trail Head near Sand Beach to the summit and back down, Awesome.:happy088:
