    Updated original post.

As of 2015, Tcheon Fung Sing has become the manufacturer of Figaro shaving soap.

do we call it "Tcheon",or "Mr. Fung Sing? (I always thought Mao Tse-Tung was "Mr. Tse-Tung )

    What about TFS?

BTW, Figaro soap is about the same quality as Cella (in my book, that is). Which means: excellent quality.

And if I remember correctly, TFS produces some of RR's soaps (although not including the famous P.160)

Interesting write up. I enjoyed reading this as I love Italian soft soaps.

Call it TFS like everyone else does, and it's always been Chairman Mao as far as I know.

let me correct myself....for a long time I thought he was Mr. Tse-tung, before I learned differently.

Would that apply to Figaro Aftershave, too?

TFS (via Barbiere di Figaro) is my main shaving soaps and croaps (soft soaps) enabler.

Not too fond of their ASBs though.

BTW; they (BdF) currently sell the TFS Sotto la Mole and Corte Sabauda croaps together, for a very attractive price. A must-have if you love Italian soaps, in my opinion.

I just wish TFS would have kept the original hard soaps in their assortment. Those were very good, and very long lasting. Maybe that was even their problem with those? :D

Fascinating article and I know many of you enjoy P.160.

Just one thing: Razo-Rock is a stupid name. What kind of a name is that? The Razo part I understand but not the Rock part. Razo-Pietro I would understand.

"So, how did the name RazoRock come about?"
"Our first product was an alum aftershave stick, it was an alum 'rock' used after shaving with a 'razor', hence 'razorock!'"

Good example of how trying to be cute doesn't always work out.
