P.160 Tipo Morbido... Trouble in what I hoped would be paradise...

I've had zero issues palm lathering the Tipo Duro with any of the following boar brushes, Semogue SOC, Semogue LE 2009, or the Omega Pro 10098.
I wish I had a picture of my lathered hand, looked as if a had just grabbed a mitten full of snow!

What's the source of your domestic water supply?, muncipal or well/ I'm on a well but had to stop the backwash cycle because of local drought so I switched over to distilled water. I know there are other voices, but I like to match boar with soaps.

 

I haven't had any problems with tipo duro, but was never happy with tipo morbido.

You are right, the scent is great. It reminds me of a nice Amaretto (to be sipped out of a glass tumbler with ice).. spot on there!

As you already found out, these soft soaps can be deceptive and are more finicky and take more work than you may think. Tipo duro wasn't bad, but morbido was more finicky.
