    Just kidding.

    Dave is upstanding and a man of his word. We have swapped razors multiple times. Yates, Karves and I don't remember what else. I've still got his address so getting the Essence to him will be natural.

    I think I'm up to 6 or 7 shaves on the blade, I think. The blade isn't feeling as good as it did when I first started out. Tomorrow will be my final shave with the Essence before it gets mailed out.

    On a serious note. Let us know how much insurance you want us to insure for. Also how long to test. I will get my Feather Artist Club out and get a few shaves in.

    just wondering what blades have you used? DE,AC And injector?

    These are my razors I will be comparing it to. Feather and C.J.B. Should be good. I think I will have to do a daily shave instead of every other day.

    I had a CJB but will compare with these current ones. Weck and Feather SS I could have added blades but they would duplicate Tom's so I'll just use my own so more are traveling with the razor.

    I would be interested in looking the IBC over. It is an interesting razor. If Tom wants to give it a go include it and I might try it out at well.

    I have blades as well.

    Just insure it enough to cover replacing the Essence. I honestly probably won't use the IBC again. It's totally outclassed by the Essence. It's not a bad razor, but it's not an Essence.

    If the Essence was trimmed down a bit, they would be almost the same size. The blade thickness is nearly the same, but the Essence is much narrower at the blade edge.

    The Essence is a 7/8" razor measured from spine to edge, and the IBC is a 5/8" razor.
