Wonderful Chris! Especially in the company of a good woman.
I cannot begin to tell you how jealous I am right now.
A good pen to write with
A little bit of luxury on the Appalachian Trail...
Love it! Fountain pens share equal coolness factor with automatic watches.
All of this looks incredible. There's a sad dearth of good authentic Asian food in our area.
Very cool. At least you are getting a stretch of nice weather.
Beutiful pics, Roby!
Thank you brother! It's gorgeous and the people have been very friendly and welcoming.
Sunrise is always a simplistic pleasure we seldom really take time to enjoy. Below is one of several photos I took of the sunrise from the top of Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park near Bar Harbor, Maine. This was one stop on my last (getting ready to take another) solo road trip across country. If you ever find yourself in that neck of the woods - you really need to do this. You can drive to the top of the mountain and there is a large parking lot - very easy to do. If you do - you will be the first to see the sunrise on that day in the United States. Along with about about 300 of your closest friends - its a very popular thing to do.
My wife and went up a couple of years ago. Absolutely stunning.
When I first got up there - it was socked in with fog. Then about 10 minutes before sunrise it suddenly dissipated and nothing but blue skies. You can still see a bit of fog below. It was magical.
This ferris wheel was very high up. The view was amazing guys!
Very cool, Buddy.
Thanks Jared. I'm having a blast! I'm in Wisconsin today for a bit then driving back to Chicago for the remainder.
