    I'll give you two that I still watch every once in a while even today. Credit goes to my dad for introducing me to them as I was still a kid when they came out:

    That damn opening theme and the music made this Uber cool. Especially that guitar solo.

    Both good choices. Top Gun especially good. Who doesn't feel the need for speed.

    As for the movie I cant think of any cold war movie at the top of my head but I really like the WWII Russian story based movie and its called " Enemy at the gates"
