    I loved my '86 Volvo 240 DL. Such a great car. Timing belt broke though and it wasn't worth it to get it fixed since we didn't know what other damage there might be.

    As strange as it may sound my favorite car was a 1985 Ford Escort EXP (slightly modified). It was a lot of fun to drive and was part of many fond memories.

    that is a shame.the 240 is one of the only volvo models that have no damage when the t-belt brakes..red block 4 cyl engines are non interference engines unless they are 16 valve , which wasn t available in the 240.

    I'm in. Never tried Dr. Jon's. Something interesting I learned a few days ago is that the Bible book of Jonah is ancient Hebrew satire. I'd never heard that before. How's that for random?

    The Apology Act was passed in 2009 to make apologies inadmissible in court. This is a result of Canada’s frequent use of the word “sorry”, so it means that any apologies are merely an expression of sympathy or regret, rather than an admission of guilt or fault. Only in Canada, eh?
