Pinaud Clubman VS Aqua Velva Ice Blue VS Skin Bracer

You should try it soon....I'm not being bossy,.I give this same advice to all my friends....It's a must have classic...even if it turns out you don't like it...It's so inexpensive, you still have to try it...And most love it!

 

Even though I have a lot of Aftershaves, I could live a comfortable life with just Clubman and aqua velva.

 

I cut my aftershaves 50/50 with generic witch hazel. I find that it tones them down a bit so that you don't smell like you poured the whole bottle on yourself when you get into confined areas with other people. I really like to do this with Skinbracer Original, and Brut. I also add 10 drops of glycerine to help out with skin moisturizing. After doing this you still feel the menthol in the Skinbracer, and the AV Ice Blue.

For those that don't care for skin bracer, give Barbasol Brisk a shot. This stuff is cheap, lasts and drys down to a mellow, powdery scent. I always say, this smells like skin bracer should. BTW, it has a really nice menthol shot

Used to use it many moons ago. Not lately. Smelled ok as I remember.

 

I might get back with it Actually smells better than Skin-Bracer, I believe.

 

I like Barbasol Brisk, I just can't find it at any of my local stores.

It's a hard decision now that I have had more time to think about it. AV and SB both have menthol, but Clubman smells like a Barbershop. They're all great scents however.

 

I wear all of them, just AV more.

I'm just about out of Skinbracer. I wish they still made Cool Spice, and Moss Wood, Dry Lime was good too.

How's this for "logic"? If someone forced me to make my preference or toss me off a cliff, I'd say Mennen Skin Bracer, because I think I could tolerate Skin Bracer in the dead of winter, but I wouldn't try Clubman in the dead of summer or AV in the dead of winter. Yet if that same person said, "So you like Skin Bracer better than Clubman and AV?" I'd say "No."

 

The "logical" response to your question is that many of us here understand that answer completely! Lol.

My mom's time may be closing, I'll be going over today to see her. When I was there Sunday, she had ha seizure of some sort-perhaps a reaction to the Addivan(sp)she now has been given for relaxation. It's day-to-day. Thanks for checking in, though.
