    Had to ship something to a student who lived 45 minutes away.
    Tracking showed USPS deemed it necessary to send it to Denver, CO first.

    I have had reasonably good luck with my local Post Office as of late. Maybe that is just luck? They are very short staffed, though.

    The biggest problem I have is long lines caused by knuckleheads bringing items up to the counter and then packaging them right then and there. Everybody has to wait in line a lot longer because of it These idiots should package their shipments ahead of time, and then bring them to the Post Office.
