My routine is: Coldwater rinse Pat dry and wipe any soap/cream away Rinse again apply alum Clean razor, mug, and wipe around sink while alum drys Another cold water rinse Apply ASB or Splash Apply Cologne or EDT (too neck , chest and wrists, NEVER to my face) Pete
My routine: - Wash face with a face soap and warm water. - Soak my small towel on hot water - Apply the towel on my face (sometimes I do a little massage) - Clean the soap remnants with the towel. - I then apply Noxzema to my face. (feels so good) - After the Noxzema, I start to build my lather on my face (without cleaning the cream) it works wonders! then I shave. - I use cold water to rinse my face and then a towel to dry. - Splash a bit of mentholated alcohol on my face to prevent any infection. - I let it dry - Then I use my Alum solution (Alum powder dissolved in water) and let it rest for a while. - Clean with a towel - Apply my aftershave balm - Smile!
Wash Shave Rinse I'm not looking to complicate a game of snap here - just remove whiskers and dead skin.
