Aqua Velva is not available on the local economy. However, I can buy it by the case on the U.S. Navy Base.
I alternate between Royall Bay Rhum and Pashana. I just ordered Colleen's Aftershave at Gentleman's Quarter so there will be a third option shortly. AD?, what AD? .
The Shave Den Iced Subzero - Why? 1) It feels good 2) It smells good 3) It works well 4) It has shown that it helps heal other skin issues
My favourites are 1.) Speick ASL, its mild and the smell is not so strong for me 2.) Alt Innsbruck from Austria. But that´s an EdC
I'm currently using Pinaud Lime Sec. I tried Clubman but the scent gave my wife a headache! Hawleywood's Barbershop has their own brand aftershave which is very good. I'll be buying more of that.
I am avidly seeking out the A/S or ASB that I do NOT like. Whatever I use, I think, "This could be my favorite." Arko ASB Armani ASB Aqua Velva (Classic and Musk) Barclay Crocker ASB Ivy Club (Classic and Spice) Master's Bay Rum Pinaud (Bay Rum and Clubman) Realm ASB TOBS (Shaving Shop and Sandalwood) I can't find a bad one.
You can buy AV, pinaud, brute or any of those and you will smell like cheap aftershave. Oooor.....you can buy the Dr Harris Sandalwood A/S and smell terrific all day long. It's hard to over-communicate the quality of this scent, and combine it with Trumper's Sandalwood skin food, you'll smell better than the average person who splashes on a $4 a/s. I am telling you don't walk but RUN and to get some of this. Once you do you will never go back to cheap drugstore A/S.
difficult for me to say which is better, since I have dozens! I would say the floyd because 'its aroma and' single! then Proras menthol and allantoin, really wonderful, and also AV and noxzema are good ...
Jovan Musk Pinaud VI Bay Rum Burts Bees Bay Rum Walgreens Mennen skin Bracer knock off Florida Water Pinaud Lime Sec Master Lilac Vegetol Pinad Clubman Brut Fonex Rain Clubman Special Reserve Gillette as balm I use all of these on a regular, daily rotation, and like them all. I had AV and some 4711 and gave them both away because I didn't care for the scent. I have a few more on my wish list but for now, these are my preferred a/s.
"Old school" for an older guy. English Leather, Aqua Velva or Old Spice in no specific odor. Don't care to sue them all of the time, find they attract insects in the warmer months. I will check for some Bay Rum from Pinaud. Stinger
Proraso cream I am new to wet shaving and this is the aftershave I started using when i started just over a month ago. I don't prefer fragrances, and this has a barely noticeable scent, and soothes my face very nicely after a shave.
