Most definitely. The scent is aloey/green tea-ish which is very nice, and at least to me and to other guys who I sent this stuff to, it has a cooling effect. Nowhere near as strong as let's say, Palmolive Menthol or Proraso Green, but I for one feel it, especially when I do my 2nd pass.
