I thought I've read to use Maas when cleaning/restoring old DE/SE razors. But when I read the directions, it warns against using on thinly plated items.

So, is it safe to use sparingly on DE/SE razors?

Matt, Austin turned me on to this stuff..... Happich Simichrome Polish. It is awesome stuff. Way better than Maas, and you can use it on your gold razors too!!

I use Maas from time to time on my DEs, and have not yet had anything adverse happen. I don't use it with every cleaning - usually just Scrubbing Bubbles. But once in a while I will give them a good shine with Maas.

I'll have to check that out...

I used some Maas yesterday on my Blue Tip SS and my Slim Adjustable. Both had water stains on the top/doors that wouldn't come off with SB, OxyClean, or just plain soap and water. The Maas cleaned them right up. They both look awesome now!

    Thanks guys!
