Today was the maiden voyage so to speak. Shaves just like an English one IMO.

 

Oh oh I have one of those too! It came in this nifty Milord case!
I'm gonna have to find some of that Bay Rum.. it looks very enticing.

 

Nice Scott! Yours is only the second of the American Rocket's I've seen. Mime came in a different Milord case though, with the smooth inner lid.

 

Chris, how does that all aluminum HD shave. That thing has to be extremely light.

 

It definitely feels different in hand, but shaves like a HD, maybe slightly more aggressive but not much. I'll have to track down a scale and weigh all my Rockets and add all that information to the Rocket thread.

The more I use the Cade soap the more impressed I am with it. I'd say it's the closest thing to vintage Yardley that I've tried.

Feb 22 - End of Rocket Week

 

I've been using Rockets all month and plan to finish February with using anything else.

 

Yeah change is probably good. I will steal your plan sir.

I think I will try to go All American for the rest of the month. Break out the adjustables...:happy088

Sorry, I don't (yet) have a Rocket.

I will be receiving a German Parat in a couple weeks. Does that count?
Although, I'll have missed Rocket Week by then,

 

I think a parat is still considered a rocket. Nice razor.
