    Thank you very much!
Thank you... was thinking there might be a cool new green brush that would match well. ;)
    Very cool brush BTW!

I very beautiful protect, start to finish. I’d you have any trouble with bubbles when you poured the acrylic in the mold?

Thanks Tim. This resin has never given me trouble with bubbles, pretty consistent. Even when I use powder to color, this seems to work well.

    2 part resin and hardener.
Thank you Gary. Got tired of handling it to honest :). Also I tried a new type of pin setup...

I didn’t like these much - tough to get the washer over the nail, a crazy tight fit, and the peening is not tightening up like the brass rod I’m used to using. Might have to unpin and try again.

    So didn’t unpin completely...
I took the flush cutters out and took off the top of the pin. But then decided to try pressing down harder on the washer and repinning. It worked. Still not sure if I like these.

Took it to the hones and it was not sitting right. Made a few passes and saw the warp, but also noticed a pretty significant twist at the spike point. So I decided to reshape/round off the spike on my DMT325. Went from this very pronounced spike point:

To a slightly more square than spike:

Doesn’t seem like much, but it really helped with the honing. Still had to roll my stroke on the away stroke while taking it off the hone on the towards stroke. Used the Naniwa 1k to start, but shifted to this smaller combo Coticule to do all the refinement, middle work and finish.

Tree topping arm hair after stropping, so we will see how she shaves Saturday. Fingers crossed.
